We are thrilled to announce that this year’s winner of the MTI Stiles + Drewe Mentorship Award is Omar Baroud with his show After Elijah.
Generously supported by Music Theatre International Europe, Omar will receive 12 months of mentorship including a fully-funded writing retreat with us, two panel-led progress labs with MMD peers and industry professionals, and an industry showcase presentation of the show next year.
We’d like to take this opportunity to show our sincere gratitude to MMD, and to all of our judges who helped us narrow down the search - which proved tough this year with a whopping 74 submissions.
