Winner of the Best New Song Prize 2022!

We are so thrilled to announce that the winner of this year's Best New Song Prize is the incredible Flora Leo for her song "One Last Request".

The song was sung on the night by Chelsea Halfpenny, and is from Flora's musical The Most Beautiful Suicide.

The Voice, Vision & Potential Award was awarded by Toby Marlow to Dan Mawson & Leo Mercer for their song “This Isn’t Magic” from Galileo: An A Capella Musical, sung by Scott Hunter and students from Trinity Laban.

We'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who made last night a success, and congratulate all of our finalists for their brilliant songs. It really made it a tough decision for the judges! And on that note, thank you to our brilliant judges - Toby Marlow, Ameena Hamid, Matthew Xia and Jenna Russell - who shared their time and expertise with us to make the aforesaid tough decision.
